Without legal paperwork, it is now feasible to modify your Aadhaar address thanks to the Unique Identification Authority (UIDAI). With the head/family head’s permission, an address can be changed online in the Aadhaar site. One of the following documents, such as a ration card, grade report, marriage certificate, or passport, may be presented to demonstrate the applicant’s connection to the family head. An affidavit from the family head confirming the kinship is adequate for those lacking documents.
Relatives of the head of the home may receive the address from anyone above the age of 18. The family head’s Aadhaar number needs to be entered into the portal. A fee of Rs. 50 must be paid in addition to the uploading of the documentation verifying the relationship. The homeowner must submit their permission through the website within 30 days. If not, the application will be turned down. There is no return for fees.
