But one must understand how important childhood is in a person’s life. A bad childhood can affect a person forever. This will give setbacks including severe mental problems. Therefore, it is necessary not to interfere with children in such a way as to harm them.
But the truth is that many people are not able to patiently deal with them. How to overcome this problem? Some things can only be solved by practicing and learning by your own. Psychologists say that patience is what needs to be acquired when dealing with children. There are four stages of training to overcome this situation.

- Identify the situation or cause that regularly gets you into trouble when dealing with children. The first step in addressing this is to identify the trigger.
- Once you understand why you feel angry or out of control, consciously remember this and hold yourself back the next time that situation arises. All talking and other things should be stopped. Then try to handle the situation in a different way than before. This should be done at least once in the mind.
- Of course you have to handle things with patience in front of children. This requires self-training. Exercise, yoga and counseling can be used to reduce anger. Get into an attitude where you can take things a little more lightly.
- Your love and concern should be reflected in your children. Whether you are talking to them, correcting them, giving them instructions, or even reprimanding them. Otherwise, it will put them in a bad mood.
