Preparations
- Preheat your oven to 170C for 20 minutes. In the meantime, prepare your cake batter. Take a bowl to prepare and store dry ingredients and sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder (optional).
- Otherwise the walnut pieces or ground walnuts would do just fine. Replace dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, take 3 eggs and beat in the powdered sugar and now slowly add the melted butter, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Add ground walnuts and walnut pieces. Of course they are optional, but I suggest trying one of the above for texture and maximum flavor.
- It’s time to add the stellar ingredients in the carrot. Reduce the speed of your hand mixer and slowly add the grated carrots.

Methods
- Melt honey and oil in a saucepan
- Then add baking soda ( weight will increase 2-3 times )
- Stir for a couple of minutes & off the flame.
- Mix eggs and cottage cheese in a bowl to blend well.
- Add the flour & mix the dough.
- Refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
- Divide the dough and shape it in circles using a ring.
- 6-8 minutes bake it in a oven at 180 degrees.
- For cream mix everything together with a mixer.
- Assemble cake, cream in a ring.
- With a cream left, grease side & top of the cake.

Preparations
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- In a bowl mix the flour, powdered cocoa, baking soda, yeast, salt and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix the yolks, oil, coffee and vanilla.
- Besides, we’ll assemble the egg whites with a blender, gradually add the sugar.
- Beat till it’s rigid and shiny.
- Add the egg yolk mixture to the dry ingredients and beat until well integrated.
- Now incorporate egg whites into the batter with movements surrounding motions in three

- Let’s grind oats first.
- Do not add milk completely until flour thicker pieces may remain.

- Make it 2 squares like sandwich with frosting and store in the fridge until it is ready to serve.
