Cook different varieties of pork recipes at your home

1. Pork Cola Ribs

Ingredients

Pork Ribs2 RacksCumin1 tbsp
Olive Oil4 tbspCoco-Cola1 tbsp
Onion Powder1 tbspTomato Sauce1 Cup

PepperRequiredSoy Sauce2 tbsp
Garlic Powder1 tbspHot Sauce2 tbsp

Methods

1. Clean ribs with a kitchen towel. Spray with oil and season with pepper and salt as per your taste.
2. In a Bowl, mix well the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and cumin. Then miss all these to the ribs on all the sides.
3. 30 minutes grill this ribs in preheated oven at the 180 degrees.
4. Meantime, In a saucepan we can make cola sauce.
5. Combine all the whisk and sauces continuously until it get dissolves.
6. 10-15 minutes turn down heat and allow sauce to simmer until thick.
7. Remove pork from oven and pour cola sauce on all the sides of pork.
8. Reserve some cola sauce for serving.
9. At 200 degree for 10 more minutes for caramelizing return pork to the oven.
10. Serve this grilled yummy pork with cola sauce for dipping on the side.

2. Smoked Pork Recipe

Ingredients

Preparations

1. 12-15 minutes soak the dry red chilly in water.
2. Couple of minutes in warm water rinse the smoked pork and cut in sizes according to your requirement.
3. First toast the perilla seed and grind to a paste form.
4. Garlic and red chilly grind together till it become paste.
5. Add all ingredients and salt in a bowl to get taste. Check salt & do adjustments.
6. Add cup of water and slow cook the meat for 55-60 minutes.
7. Garnish with chopped kale and serve.

3. Pulled Pork

Ingredients

Pork Shoulder1.2 kgCarrot50 g
Brown Sugar1 tbspMayonnaise75 g
Smoked Paprika1 tbspRed Onion50 g
Ground Cumin1 tbspCabbage250 g
Salt1 tbspMustard2 tbsp
Apple Juice150 ml

Methods

1. First place pork into a deep oven.
2. Session with species and salt all over the joints.
3. Then pour apple juice into the base.
4. With foil cover tightly and cook for 4 hours in the oven.
5. Cook till it become completely tender.
6. Remove from the oven and make coleslaw and mix all the ingredients together
7. Cut the sides of brioche roll and top with pulled pork and serve it.

4. Slow Cook broil Pork

Preparations

1. In a pot add water & boil pork for 50 minutes
2. Add herbs like sawtooth coriander and garlic.
3. After 50 minutes remove pork from water and keep it for cool down.
4. Choose broil function and preheat to 230 degree.
5. Meantime prepare marinade.
6. For that take olive oil, honey, orange juice, gochujang paste and season with salt.
7. Stir well and spread over the pork.
8. With some olive oil, coat the baking tray to prevent the meat from burning.
9. 30 minutes cook the first side.
10. Flip and cook other side for 25 minutes.
11. Ready to serve the slow cook broil pork.

5. Pork Chop Cherries

Ingredients

Pork chop200 gSugar2 tbsp
Cherries85 gLemon1/2
Onion1Balsamic Vinegar2 tbsp
Fennel leaves1 bunchSaltrequired
Beer1/2 cupRosemary1 tbsp
Butter2 tbspOil2 tbsp

Method

1. First slice the onion, deseed cherries and pick the leaves.
2. Heat the oil in the pan.
3. Caramelize the onion and also add some salt in it.
4. Once onion turns light dark, add some cherries and caramelize that too.
5. Deglaze with some beer and reduce once the cherries get nice brownish color.
6. Add a dash of balsamic vinegar and cover it with lid.
7. Let the sauce gets thicken for the 10 minutes.
8. Add some lemon, sugar and butter for seasoning and keep that aside.
9. Season the pork.
10. Start cooking on high heat and get a nice golden brown color on both sides.
11. To the pan add butter and rosemary and get to the foaming stage.
12. Reduce the heat and cook the meat according to your preferences.
13. Rest the pork.
14. In a pan reheat everything till it warm.
15. Ready to plate and serve.

6. Maple & Sugar Glazed Pork Lion

Ingredients

Boneless Pork Lion4 kgSalt1 tbsp
Maple Syrup16Pepper1 tbsp
Brown Sugar1 kgThyme1 tbsp
BBQ Rub8Onion Powder1 tbsp
Potatoes1-2 kgOlive Oil1/2 cup
Garlic Powder1 tbsp

Preparations

1. First heat the grill or oven to 350 degree.
2. Pat dry the pork lion with paper towels.
3. Rub each side of the pork lion with BBQ rub.
4. Cover the pork lion completely.
5. Place the pork lion in grill or oven.
6. In every 20-25 minutes flip the pork.
7. Mix the brown sugar and maple syrup and keep aside while pork is cooking.
8. Add water to saucepan and boil it.
9. Once its boil, add potatoes and cook it for 20-25 minutes.
10. Once pork lion reaches to 135 degree, brush maple and brown sugar sauce over pork.
11. Remove from oven or grill and let it rest while potatoes finish cooking.
12. Once potatoes drain from water.
13. Place potatoes on tray and smash with bottom of any cup or glass.
14. Season these potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic and thyme.
15. And cook again for additional 5 to 10 minutes on oven to get its golden brown color.
16. Cut the pork into small pieces and drizzle glaze and pork juice on meat and potatoes.
17. Ready to eat this yummy meat.
