Ingredients
- Potato – 2
- Onion – 2
- Green Chilies – 3

- Coconut milk (second milk) – one cup
- First milk – half a cup
- Cinnamon – a small piece
- Cloves – 2
- Ginger – a small piece
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Curry leaves – one stem
- Salt – to taste
How to prepare
- Finely chop the onion, potato, and carrot. Cut the green chilies in half.
- Crush the garlic and ginger.
- Heat a skillet, add oil, then add the crushed ginger and garlic, ginger, cloves, and green chilies.
- Stir in the potato and onion.
- Include peppers.
- Stir in the carrots.
- Stir in the second milk; simmer while covered. Green peas can be cooked at this point if you want to.
