The countdown begins for the biggest event in Kerala’s backwaters. 68th Nehru Trophy Boat race will held in the Punnamada Lake, Kerala India. Chundan Vallams (snake boats) competition is the most attracted event of the boat race.
The Champions Boat League will be flagged off on September 4 at Alappuzha. The stage and warriors are ready for battle that will unfold in its serene backwaters. Nehru Trophy race is unique from other boat races because of its scale and popularity. More than 2 lakhs of people come to watch this traditional boat race every year.
